RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns:
We only accept returns within 5 days of delivery of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To be eligible for returning a product you should provide us the scanned copy of the actual invoice / receipt.
Some products like essential oils / aroma oils are not eligible for return. The product once open is a non-returnable item.
The return and refund policy refers to the products you purchase from Blissaturn and does not include refunding any kind of shipping, handling or administrative (admin.) charges.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are/will be granted: (if applicable)
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
The refund decision will be completely at our discretion.
You are eligible for a full refund including your shipping fee (if paid by you) only if the product has manufacturing defect or you receive a damaged product. In this situation please contact us immediately on support@blissaturn.com
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund within 15 working days from the date of your approval, please check your bank account and check with your credit card company, and still if you have not received the refund, please contact us on support@blissaturn.com
Sale items (if applicable):
Please note that if you have purchased a mega sale item for example products under Rs 99 category they are non-refundable items.
Also products like essential oil / aroma oil, once opened are also non-refundable items.
Exchanges (if applicable):
Exchanges are allowed on most of the items, (excluding essential/aroma oils). If you have changed your mind and would like to exchange the product, you can buy the products of similar or higher value. In case of exchanges, the courier cost of return and replacement order will be borne by the customer, and Blissaturn will not pay for any transportation.
However, if the products you have received are defective or damaged, Blissaturn will exchange the exact same product for free, and the courier fee will also be borne by us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
